| I was never a nail girl until I met JoAnn. I have become a big fan of shellac and couldn't go without it. It isn't just the shellac I love. I look forward to visiting with JoAnn everything two weeks. If it weren't for her awesome personality, I don't think I would be coming back on a regular basis! I definitely recommend Zazen and going to JoAnn for shellac!

Dear Ladies of Zazen,
I have to confess to being a Spa afficianado. However, Zazen is one of my VERY favorties. You have the best "attitude" of any spa. You are gracious, charming, and genuine. My recent spa day was actually one of my best ever! My facial was amazing with my therapist completely invested in my enjoyment. And, my dear Joanne, were we sisters in another life? My mani/pedi were GREAT!
You are all the best and I look forward to seeing you again!

My wife and I came here for a couples massage on a short getaway at the Bellweather Hotel. It's right across from the entrance to the hotel and you get a 10% discount as a guest. The staff was great and made us feel right at home. The massage was incredible and they took every effort to make sure we were happy and taken well care of. Greatly relaxed and all the stress removed from a long workweek we were set to enjoy the rest of our stay.
I only wish we lived closer so we could come back more often. If you stay at the hotel, make a reservation for a massage, you won't regret it.

I brought my Bridal party to Zazen Salon and Spa and had the best experience! I got married at The Hotel Bellwether on August 6, 2011. I currently live in Los Angeles, CA and needed a place near the hotel that would accommodate the entire Bridal party. They treated us like royalty! Because I was from LA and only in Bellingham a few short visits, I couldn't do a hair and make up consult so I was a little nervous. However the entire staff put my nerves to ease and pampered me like a queen.
From the day I made the initial appointments they were on top of everything! Very efficient and professional! They contacted me and kept me up to date with any changes or questions. My Hair and Make up was done by Lisa Marchant and she is an AMAZING job!! My hair and make up looked phenomenal! The entire day I was in awe of how beautiful my hair looked.... I've never looked more beautiful and I was treated like a celebrity! Lisa has a very calming demeanor and did my hair EXACTLY the way I explained!

I have been getting my hair cut by Melissa for a year or so now and I just LOVE her! I never actually liked my hair until I started getting it cut by her. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

I had Jaylene for a Brazilian wax, and she did a fabulous job. She was quick, gentle, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her for Brazilian waxes.

| I had a great experience with Melissa. The only place I could find in Bellingham that does quality Hairloc extensions. Her prices are reasonable for extensions and she was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. An amazing color match to my hair. She has a great personality and made the visit go my quickly
