Appointment and Cancellation Policy


At Zazen Salon Spa, our Goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. Sometimes cancellations happen, we get it. Here is Zazen Salon Spa's appointment and cancellation Policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for all of our clients.

Cancellation of an Appointment

If it is necessary for you to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call 24 hours in advance to do so. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to access that desired time. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of service(s).

No-Show Policy

A "No-Show” is missing a scheduled appointment without contacting our front desk staff to cancel it. All of our service providers come in based on their appointments only. A No-Show inconveniences not only the service provider and those accommodating the appointment but also those individuals who need to get in for an appointment.

A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the client’s history as a "No-Show”. We do provide a 10 minute grace period. The client will be charged in full to the credit card on file or will be charged on the client account and will need to be paid before future appointments are made. Further No-Show’s will result in having to pre-pay for all future appointments for a probationary period of 6 months.
